A plastic coating that contains the gas in transit. It will be medium ranged at best (With no penalties, it was designed for that job), no long-range capacity and a fairly slow rate of fire.

So kinda like the ones from Halo. Except the rifle would be a traditional rifle size, the pistol being the original rifle (AKA the rifle from 1)

Plastic?

It's not melting through a plastic shell and it's supposed to kill people?

Eh. I'll sleep on it.

PS. I've never played Halo, so realize I have no clue what you're talking about.

The plastic shell only last for about 80-100 metres for the rifle before it completely melts and bursts open with fiery goodness. It opens with contact on a solid object as well.

Here, a little help with that: http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page

In the halo series, they magnetically contain the blasts with the gun.

Magnets man, how do they work?

Miracles..man, miracles.

Anyway, I'll start working on the turn slowly. See if your initiative is good enough to douse your lights before the 3rd Immortal gives you the other barrel.

Edit.

10 rolls of 100 and we have 4 rolls below 5, none of them are theirs.

And one of the immortals gets a free move, take a guess at which one.

I also realize that I've been neglecting to add your encumbrance penalties from your armor, oops.

(Reducing enc penalties to about 1/3rd of my original plans.)

Mercy is for people who don't have guns.

Hell, you'd have gunned them down without a second thought had you the chance. Jordan and Harry soaked most of the really terrible rolls if that makes you feel better.
