The idea that I pulled a, sort of, double reverse bus on the scum sorcerer is not only patently ridiculous but was completely unnecessary. Why the hell would I want to do something so incredibly stupid like that? Since bussing is a desperate move, double reverse bussing must be an incredibly, horribly desperate move.
What double reverse bus? What is that even supposed to mean? He gave you excuses to bus him, you bussed him.
Dariush claimed I was scum. Presumably, the intent of this would be to get me lynched, and since we are both scum, it would be a bus.
But the actual intent was to lynch him, so it's a... reverse bus, I guess, where I bus my apparent busser. Calling things double reverse makes them infinitely more fun.
But I wouldn't have needed to do any of that because I was doing perfectly fine. Even Dariush wasn't doing irrecoverably. Why would I tell him to go be a dumbass idiot like he's never been before, and then claim that I'm scum (apparently truthfully, and because the scum's only power role isn't worth keeping), but so horridly that it backfires against him, which is all according to plan, apparently? That's ridiculous. There are better moves for a scum team of me and Dariush to make instead of the stupidest one imaginable.
You're not known for your patience with bad players.
But please, if Dariush's behavior makes zero sense as a bus, since he was doing fine, why did he do that? Are you admitting he could have done better but got himself lynched on purpose, or that he could have salvaged himself but chose a last-ditch effort to take you out with him instead? If scum bussing his sorc makes zero sense, how much sense does a scum sorc suiciding against a townie make?
I don't have a fucking clue why he did it!This is Dariush we are talking about here. He probably legitimately thought claiming I was scum would have gotten me lynched, instead of, you know, what happened. He seemed to think so, what with all his talk that it was up to everybody else to vote me.
And what I'm saying, is that if Dariush, at the start of Day 2 when you accuse me of putting this plan into action, suddenly started playing perfectly, or, at the very least,
better, he would have avoided being lynched. A scum sorcerer is a resource worth protecting. It's stupid to just throw that away.
But thanks for giving it your best try. You look really desperate trying to sell that load of WIFOM laden horseshit.
Speaking of desperation, you seem pretty adamant that you're now confirmed town and anyone who questions that is scum. You're also refusing to answer any questions, as expected.
Never said I was confirmed. But, come on. I get targeted by Dariush, he throws all the stupid shit he can think of to get me lynched, and then attempts an obvious spur of the moment fake claim, which backfires in the worst way possible, and you think I bussed him, and had this all planned out? No, the far simpler explanation is that Dariush is idiot scum and I'm town.
It's not a confirmation, but it's close. At least I think so anyway.
And refusing to answer questions? That's a lie. I see a bunch of answers to questions I've received. The only question I didn't answer was yours about how my scum picks have evolved over the course of the game. You could just read the thread if you wanted to know that, but I'll summarize: vadia for being spastic and voting himself, Dariush for keeping his RVS on me, vadia again for being crazy, Dariush again for stupid shit and then his fakeclaim, then NativeForeigner, KaminaSquirtle, and NirurTorir for lurking, and then you for trotting out your mess of WIFOM, then lordnincompoop for agreeing with it and being ridiculously lazy.
Irony: What does Native's statement do to your suspicion of Jim? Who else do you suspect?
It gives me pause, but Jim might well be cunning enough to smell a trap. Since he's declined to mention anything about the incident (other than publicly state a rhetorical question), I'm inclined to think he just knew it was too good to be true. Since NF didn't mention suspecting his go-between, I'm also inclined to suspect this may have happened on Day 1, which would have been even more suspicious for him.
No, it happened during Night 2. Immediately after the day ended I got a PM.
I asked the go-between if he was the Water Sorcerer, because he dropped vague hints about it during Day 2. He confirmed that he was, and I had no reason to not believe him. If I was scum I would have targeted him.
