ok would you rather eat all the shit a cow eats in a day instead of some sweet meat.

efficiency of meats:
4lb --->1lb chicken
6lb --->1lb turkey
7lb --->1lb Beef
1-9lb --->1lb fish EDITED: (consideration for different species)

Last I checked, a lot of fish just ate the nutritious detritus that floats around in water that we can't eat anyway.

the fish is in for consideration due to different species most are super efficient eaters but their feed is very expensive considering they need more protein then any animal.
