Luckily the arm only reaches so far. As long as the Japanese don't attach tank treads to this thing our soldiers will be fine in WWIII.

 ???
I don't think a few knives are that bad compared to explosives, really.

There comes a time when you must take off the soft, furry slippers of a boy and put on the shoes of a man.
Unless of course they don't fit properly and your feet blister up like bubble wrap.
Oh ho ho, but don't try to return the shoes, because they won't take them back once you've worn them.
Especially if that fat pig Tony is at the desk.

What I meant was that they won't replace Shochets. Jewish butchers that slaughter by the laws laid down in the Pentateuch. (Torah as it were.)

They will not be replaced for a long, long time.

I hope they get replaced ASAP, honestly. Inhumane slaughter because God tells them to is still inhumane slaughter.

There is no such thing as humane slaughter so i would stop there if i were you.

Yeah, I agree with bloodsheder. The slaugheter of animals, even the way we do it now is not admirable. We're approaching it, but I doubt we'll get there.

As for this though, it's a big step forward. I can definitely see applications for this in other areas.

There aren't any humane slaughters, but there are definitely inhumane slaughters. For example, baby seals. The Hakapik, when used properly, ensures an instant and painless death. When used improperly, the Hakapik causes extreme pain to the seal, and is nearly impossible to remove from the skull when you miss. Seals hit improperly can take hours to slowly bleed out while a huge metal spike protrudes from their brains.

i use a gun, its a pain in the ass for long distance but if you know how to use it, you can drop whatever you aim at instantly.

@Barbarossa: Would you rather have them beat the seals to death, ensuring a painful death every time?

If a tool has potential like that though, you should at least teach those damn hunters how to use it.

It's perfectly humane. It will be far more painful to a lot more people who slowly die of starvation and malnourishment in our streets if we stop.

Meat is nowhere near an effective method of feeding people.

YouThe Point

I'm  merely saying that no death is humane, just more humane than others. More humane-ness is better, in my opinion.

It's still food and we still buy it. What is gonna stop it besides an effort that will be counterstriked by angry mobs?
And as a whole cascade of events, certain people would start leaping for power and before you know it, civil war.

So what you are saying is, only meat is keeping your country from collapsing?

America is a terrible country.

Who said only? And you'd be pretty pissed if something you wanted was suddenly taken away. Multiply that by the amount of angry people and you have a potential uprising.
