I look for a weapons shop! Hopefully selling pre-Brood War C14's, C10's, and AGR's.
Cough. And early Merry Christmas to all of you.

Look for "the good stuff". If you find anything REALLY good, that would be a huge benefit, buy it and bring it back to base. After that, use whatever credits we have left to gamble. If you cannot find 'the good stuff' just bring back some 'stuff' and use the rest to gamble with.

You find some decently thick neo-steel, but it's not really in any usable shapes and you don't have the tools to melt it down and turn it into something usable.  You do find some decent mechanical parts you ought to be able to do something with.

75 credits deducted, 325 remaining.  Item added 1 Unit Mechanical Parts

Looking around for a casino, you find a place, most of the games there are you versus a machine though, not nearly as easy to cheat as another human.

You find a weapons shop. . . WHAT IS THIS CRAP!!!  The stuff they sell here wouldn't even phase a marine in power-armor.  Damn gun restrictions in law-abiding places *mutter mutter*

Search for something to carry them with if I find it good if not just go ahead and buy the materials I will make them back at base buy as much as possible even if it costs all my credits

You find everything you need to make two bombs besides the explosives. . . those are probably going to be a lot harder to find.

300 Credits deducted, 100 Credits remaining.  Items added, Box of parts for 2 bombs (unassembled)

Edit:  I'm going to bed for the night here soon, later alls.

((Huh. Posting the speech tomorrow morning, when I wake up: which could be pretty late.))
Nicholas decides to go check out whatever place sells vehicles, despite the fact that they're probably far too expensive for what he has.

((Just a question, is it possible to modify vehicles?))
((Also, I go to work and come back with 8 pages to read? I might have to start skipping work ;) ))

((Still, it'd be nice to know the costs.
EDIT: Also, I'd like to be able to perform HEROIC RESCUES with my ability to DRIVE UNIMPAIRED IN COMBAT.
Speaking of which, THOSE TRAITS HAVE NOT BEEN ADDED TO MY PROFILE. They should be.)

There are several different varieties of civilian vehicles for sale and a small selection of deweaponized Vulture Bikes.

Hover Car:  1000 Credits
Van:  1500 Credits
Truck:  1250 Credits
Deweaponized Vulture Bike:  800 Credits

John is so appalled he bursts through the window and goes to find a shop selling CMC Light Armor.

You break through the front window in a hard-boiled manner.  Stop thief!  says the shop keeper grabbing a needle gun from behind the counter.  Oh shit, she thinks you stole something from the store, this can't end well.

([25] [100] [55])/3 + 5 = 65 damage.  235 health left

A sharpened needle shoots through your upper leg, shattering the bone.  You fall to the ground grabbing at the wound.  The shopkeeper begins running up towards you, gun in hand.

Edit:  ((I'm creating a whole trait list so I can just list the names and not the effects, you'll have to wait until I'm finished.))

Apologize in a gentlemanly fashion for not being able to buy stuff, then leave.
SAVE JOHN IN A HARD-BOILED FASHION Oh wait, I have no vehicle.

Find the local mechanic, increase vehicle maintenance ability.
