858. While watching Gold Rush, you think "why don't they just bring in a legendary miner?"

859. While watching the same show, you hope that what they actually have is limonite, which is far more useful anyway.

860. You view the Florida Keys as an almost perfect embark zone; You have FLUX, loads of trees, and plenty of dwarven reactor spots, along with clay. Only problem is that trading is still broken, so you can't import enough iron to make steel in meaningful amounts.

You see, here's how I think this works:
Overseer: Welcome to the military! You need to wear socks! Dorf: Oh, I should get military socks. My socks are civilian socks. Dorf discards socks Dorf: You know, I need a whole lot of gear now. I should get socks... last. Oh, but these steel boots with the white goo on them are nice!

861. When you start announcing the real-time results of a All-Species Bloodbath in Arena mode to someone who has no knowledge of DF. "Ooh, the unicorn just died. Bat Man suffocated! Ah man, I was hoping the dwarf would go farther, but it just got smashed into a wall."
True story.
862. You go to a bonfire and wonder why everyone's sitting in a circle around empty space.

873.  But then you are struck with the sudden fear that your still annoying friend will haunt you after death.  (There's a thought for that...)
874.  You handcraft some coffins and put them in your basement "just to be prepared"... and don't understand why people keep avoiding you after you say things like that.
