This is true. I once fell asleep to the soft rumbling engine noise of a boat I was on. This was a long time ago.
That boat was scrapped some years ago, it was an old boat and became too expensive for my father to maintain.
All my father has now of it, is the steering wheel.

I miss that boat.

Apparently the grade for the test I did today is online in the university's system. Problem is, the system is slow as fuck because it's probably overloaded. The tension is killing me.

So that thing I posted about in the sad thread turned out reasonably well today. I still couldn't work up the nerve to talk to her (gah, I'm -really shy,) but I did get a much less shy mutual friend to introduce me to her next time we're all in the same place together.

Kōhai is the counterpart of senpai. Senpai, as opposed to what common meme usage would have you believe, refers to somebody of a higher grade or rank than you in an organization--a student in a higher grade, or a karateka of a greater belt rank than you, or a Go player of a lower kyu/higher dan than you, for example.
