I should try and post here more, since dying is something very common for me in games.

I really need to learn how to use Health potions correctly. Especially while surrounded by 20 mobs. Specifically when I am still a Squishy Wizard and have not evolved into a wargod.

Torchlight. Picked it up as part of the preorder for Torchlight2, so why the hell not?

So I had just started on a game (day! finally!) and started to run around. My spawn said "airport" so I looked around and when I found it I went there. Along the way, I met some other guy but just walked by since he didn't shoot me. Neither of us said anything but we pretty much teamed up there and went to loot the airport. I nabbed an AK-47 + a mag and we found 4 soldier zombies and killed all of them with no injury. I was in a hangar and crashed.

I come back and the dude isn't there so I walk over to a building and start looting the stuff, I found a belt for a machine gun but didn't take it. Then I hear the "THUMP THUMP THUMP" of running and walk outside to see someone else there, with an AK-47 on his back like me. We sat and looked at each other for a second...

...Then he shot me in the face. I had no idea how to respawn (Someone tell me please) so I just quit and rejoined. I run back there and enter from a different place, the hole in the fence next to the hangar and air control tower. I walk through it and find the same guy crouched against the hangar, looking at the tower's top. I stand near the door and yell "FRIENDLY!" and he looks at me for a second... And shoots again. I ran this time and unloaded my entire Makarov mag into him while he fires blindly with his AK-47, hitting me twice and causing me to bleed. I killed him, though.

Then I get shot at from the air control tower, whoever was in there had barb wired up the door and killed me after I finished off the other guy. I had to go so I just left and didn't respawn.

Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup

Snakes don't fuck around when it comes to low-level characters. They have a decent chance of hitting you, and then a decent chance of poisoning you, which will wreck your 10 HP and either kill you outright or leave you incredibly vulnerable to attack. Oh, and they're wicked fast. It's best to leave them alone unless you're feeling lucky.

OT: loaded up an old world, wherein most of my house was suspended in the sky. Forgot there were no guardrails on one of the platforms.

I used to throw bombs like you, then i took an arrow to the face.

On that note, momentary lapse in concentration resulted in me dying to a giant spider. TES5: Skyrim.

Orthus attacked me and I was unprepared. If I had ONE more warrior, I could've won. I eventually just used the world builder and erased him.
