I mistook a glowstone with a lightning creeper. it charged the other 2, too.

It's fun with a combination of Soldier + Mattock (DLC Assault Rifle), makes the first stage of the last boss a joke if you're fast enough with your trigger finger and a good shot (and the Cain helps a whole lot with the second form). :3

Anyway, Saint's Row 3. I'm trying to land a helicopter so I can continue the mission 'Live with Killbane!' The helicopter is like three feet off the helipad but I think it's landed so I hit the Y button to exit and I end up diving out. The thing is... I have just enough room that the 'press Y to open parachute' prompt comes up, which means I've fallen far enough to die but without enough time to actually react and hit the button to save myself.

Splat.

I haven't died to him lately, but he's probably the hardest battle in the game--which makes him maybe ten percent as frustrating as the goddamn music box.

First thought: SQUEE! I beat the Conquistador on Divine! Horray!

Second thought: Hmm, finally unlocked "Judgement" difficulty. I've heard it's kind of tough... but I'm sure the first level won't be too bad.

Third thought: OMGOMGOMG that's a lot of bullets need more gold need to use vaunt.

Fourth thought: ...they ignore vaunts?!

Took a golden idol, boulder comes down and rolls towards me, i jump over, boulder crashes into shop, shopkeeper is pissed, i realize it only once i was too close to the shopkeeper, shotgun to my face.

After surviving and thriving for 82 days I decided to try and take on a small encampment of angry red-clad people. It was going well until more showed up and I ran out of javelins and died.

I sent 7 phalanx units against russian settlers but their fortifications protected them enough to survive. I lost 7 units to unit with no attack capability.  8)
