A gigantic, topless, six-armed, snake woman tore my pally apart before the rest of the party subdued her.  I didn't even reload it but instead paid for the raise dead spell, cause she's just that damn strong.

The Hand-E-Nuke is suprisingly practical. I was able to toss one at the Warden at Level 1, and I survived with about half health. As for how I died...

Fun fact: In Caves of Qud, wishing for "2000 drams fresh water" spawns a salt dune caravan. I killed them with the Hand-E-Nuke as well, and "died" when I tried to step on their loot pile. I'm guessing the error message I got was from some kind of fatal stack overflow.
