Flung myself into space by accidentally grabbing the ship hull I  was in instead of the piece of equipment I meant to grab.

Almost crushed when I blew out part of the bottom of a skyscraper-sized Jenga tower.

Both GMod. I could have sworn I posted these last night but I guess I didn't.

I must remember, in the future, that when the enemy cruiser is about to explode, I should not charge at it, shooting it at point blank.  That tends to hurt.

Spacebuild is pretty damn awesome. Shame that there are hardly any servers where there are other people to play around with.

Playing on a large map. "I should be safe if I launch this nuke at the farthest corner of the map." No. No I'm not. It killed me. Then it killed me three times again after respawning.

My hand got bitten off and i bled to death.
With my next character i tried some wishing, had a typo and wished for a rather strong enemy.

My train got rammed by woolly mammoths. I lost too much coal to make it into a town safely. Got killed by mole people when I tried to look for more coal in a cave.
