Was evacing the ship. Planning on profiting from the disaster I expected to sell "Genuine Air from the NSV Luna disaster". For a mint. So I run to atmos while the pod countdown is happening and grab the air canister that I had been feeding the disposals overpressure into (disposals is constantly overpressurizing. I take excess air out and store it.) and drag it all the way from atmospherics to the arrivals escape pod.
Unfortunately my air was in an empty plasma canister. Because that was what I had accidentally made instead of an air canister. They both perform in an identical fashion, just the plasma canister has warning symbols on it. I had gone through the trouble to label my canister as "TotallyAir", to prevent people from getting the wrong idea.
Somebody in the pod panicked and threw my canister out of the pod thinking I was gunna blow everyone up. Not even looking at my label or using their PDA to analyze the contents. I collected it and they threw it out again, I grabbed it one last time and the pod left without me. Throwing me into space.
I manage to float back onto the pod landing by throwing bits from my toolbelt, and close the airlock and use my canister of "TotallyAir" To survive in the mostly depressurized hangar. ...and then a few hours later the lack of power to the ship causes me to slowly freeze to death in a dark empty ship.
Weird fleshy thing grabbed me with its tentacles and [REDACTED].
