I've got goblin groups from the same civ, The Hate of Cover and The Menace of Fences. Guess they're mostly crossbowgobs. They live in Mostprofane.
Human Eno Nosepolish.
The Abyssal Council of The Confederations of Confederating constructed The Sanctuary of Kindness in Homecults.

I've also got The Certain Tower in The Forest of Certainity.
(...)The Sensual Empire constructed The Romantic Temple

Packmine The Holy Raptor. Raptor Jesus confirmed.

Epo Whiskyoceans, the ruler of The Tight Lancers of Confederation of Grapes. What can go wrong with two names suggesting lots of alcohol and... um... the tight lancers?

I built an Ant Man entity that used the Goblin language, and one of their civilisations was called 'The Spoon-Distraction of Conflict'.

Also in terms of artifact/weapon names from my active fort; I have such greats as The Artificial Relic (an iron spear), The Flowery Mechanisms (Llama wool Trousers), FloorWondered (artifact brass short sword) and The Power of Ceilings (a steel shield).

Kokokolreelmis is a civilization of kobolds.

Whoever invented the name must be a stutterer.

My first militia squad: "The Galleys of Paddling".

It's not like you'd want to be too OTT, right? I mean, for every sensible dwarf there's a limit. Gotta walk before you can run, you know.

Their greatest victory has been against some lemurs. We lost 1 iron crossbow. The lemurs took it pretty bad, too.

...I could be wrong here, but the mistake might be in taking on a land based creature with galleys. They obviously want to take on water based enemies. You could try using them to kill a carp...

A Dwarven civilization known as The Amusing Fortress.

Also, got something that isn't really a name, but a joke. "Did you hear the one about the giant tiger and the human?"

There was a barony in my civ called "Lovecrafts."

No word yet on how often they were attacked by gibbering horrors.

I'd think they weren't attacked at all, but instead were named after their... wooden crafts.

I found a goblin group/civilization (was a dark pits) named The Sin of Hatred.

... I kind of strangled the lady quietly in the dark before I realized she was said lady. Heh!

In my newest world I have:

A dungeon called "Bustcrevice the Dike of Veils"
A temple called "The Sanctuary of Chocolate"
A tomb called "The Power of Mushroom"
A tomb called "The Immortal of Balls"

"Zutosp Fateddusks the Murky Urn was a bellowing woman. She was the only one of her kind. A large hairy humanoid. It has a long, curly tail and it howls into high winds. Its clear hair is very curly. Now you will know why you fear the night."

A male dwarf called "Udib Bodicefind"
A female human called "Quesa Clearbodice"
