Well well, this made me laugh, I just started a fortress and the pre-generated name was 'oarfondled' yes, oar-fondled. Perhaps the goblin child-snatchers are particularly twisted in this region? Who knows...

P.S. I do realise this is an old thread, but I searched up funny dwarf fortress names on google after beginning this new fortress - and this came up, and I thought this would be hard to beat!

Libash Morulthak Saramozleb Eren, or Libash Pagelock, the Great Disappearance of Liberties was my bad-ass military miner/mayor. And apparently a tyrant. I dunno, all he ever wanted was mugs. Though he did personally cave in the skulls of four dwarves who failed the mandates. He also downed two goblins, four cave crawlers, three cave dragons, and the master of the goblin civ, a giant, brown, furry turtle that spewed webs.

I also have a unicorn in my current fort named Tinchew, who earned that name after biting a goblin in half.

Also, the first fortress I made was called "Epicfail".

I recently had a fort where the group name was "The Tender sacks" with the fort name of "Pantcrabs"  Its no wonder their sacks were tender.    The really ironic bit was the civilization name was "Thin Ashen Rags"  and I lost the fort to a tantrum spiral kicked off because I forgot to get a clothing industry going

Unfortunately, my current fort got destroyed. But I did get a handful of interesting names out of it.

Amongst the named zombies were:
Friendfell, who was one of the first of my dwarves to turn,
Pleatedgrip, a severed goblin hand,
Adoreliving,
Bastionproblem,
Smashedvessel, who is indeed, one pretty smashed up kobold,
Warnedskulls,
a unicorn skeleton earned the title Languishedrevered the Guard of Deification,
Frightenedknight, former axe-dorf,
Graspinghairs, unfortunately not actually made of hair,
and finally Tooththreat, the severed unicorn skull.

All that's left is my mayor, who is still, happily I might add, going about his business, and one bad-ass unicorn named Steamhatchet the Pastime of Soul, who is still ripping corpses apart, continuing the fight of his brethren Pagenoble, Toolshocks, Knightedmansions, Treatysnarl, Earthdriven, and the aforementioned Tinchew. He probably has a kill count in the hundreds by now, and isn't showing any signs of stopping.

Edit: created a copy of the save and abandoned. 421 notable kills, 2357 other kills, all corpses! My guess was a ways off...

My most recent worldgen produced some really great names, such that I finally decided to register for the forums.

I think the best is, of all things, a Human creation: a group called "The Fabulous Group" from "The Muscular Kingdoms".

My adventurer did battle with a bandit overlord known as Adoregrasps the Fondling of Blazes.

I set the whole room on fire with his body in it to ensure that nobody would ever know of his existence.

My fortress is also called Fortressball. And it's founding group, The Bodices of Breaching.
