The Kingdom of Muffins + the Empire of Glaze = The State of Cakes?

Poor Jeegus, did tehy at least killed him violent enough?

Anyway, my current fort is named proudly Noseoiled....

I have absolutely no idea which beardless drunktard came to that idea. O.o

And yes, my commander sent his pet war Giant Tiger to sick him, and while he was crawling away nearly unconscious, my marksdwarf captain headshotted him.

Rest in pieces Jeegus. May your stories live on to found a kobold religion around your second coming.

Well, I don't usually get the BEST names, but just from a passing glance at legends mode...

The #1 most worshiped god in my fort is named "Sodel the Helpful Armor" (helpful armor? You don't say...) He is the patron-god of fortresses.
Goblin Civ: "The Doomed Rim-Dungeons" (so many doomed doomed rim-dungeoners came to my fort...)
Then there's two decently named dwarves: "Muthkat Romanticpaint" and "Likot Doomallies"
The dwarven civ is called "The Gem of Wax"
There are two hills that I like, also: "The Hills of Running", and "The Accidental Hill"

...Yeah... Like, I said, I usually don't get very good names, but those are my favorites.

P.S. can't wait till the world continues to gen whilst you play...

I once got a dwarven civ called "the fatal helpful bridges"
Well, dwarven atom-smashing is quite helpful for dealing with enemies (especially undead.)

Reading his name would trigger it. Thinking of him would trigger it. No other circumstances would trigger it- it was strictly related to the concept of Bill Clinton entering the conscious mind.

a couple names i have gotten in a recent fort (masterwork mod)
my dwarven civ, The Bearded Bells or Peppering
2 weapons named by my military
The Elder Bane a superior bifrost sword
and Assaultcoastals a steel battle axe (made all the better by the fact my fort is on the sea coast.)
and two books
The Elf Incinerated (it concerns an elf lich, and was written by that elf lich)
The Mountainhomes: Tangled and Simple (the writing is refreshingly witty)

Dwarven science. A logical solution, to a illogical problem.

Found axe that once belonged to soldiers nicknamed "the Dented Hand". Too bad he died and we don't know if name was prophetic.

Cool, but wouldn't this likely lead to tongues having a '[SPEACH]' tag, and thus via necromancy we would have nearly unkillable reanimated tongues following necromancers spamming 'it is sad but not unexpected'?

Don't you just love when names actually make sense?
Also, I found "The Nation of Stroking" and "The Union of Babies".

I gen'd a world just for adventuring and had it run a really long time. Every city and civilization was destroyed except one human city and a couple mountain homes for a dwarf civ. That human city was nothing but abandoned buildings and abandoned shops, with a marketplace strewn with abandoned foodstuff... and a keep. The keep was where everyone lived, deep in the dungeons. The city's name was Trickedboys.

My first Fortress ever is called "Futuregate". Remarkably appropriate.

Lani Sweetcalled the Sensual Wonder, an ettin that according to legend settled and was promptly devoured by a vampire in 1 (it's now the year 7). He showed up on an artifact a dwarf made. Apparently he was "laboring".

And thus did the dream of dwarven antigravity fade away, not with a massive explosion or a flood of magma, but with a whimper.

I'm going to be depressed all day now.

Custom language file, doing testing (again). Not dwarf but... Krym Penisdied... There are others, but I rather leave them out. Customs are customs...

Considering the Union of Babies, there should have been more stroking.
