My favorite one I got recently is a cave called Nutdeep The Heliotrope Sewers, and I keep getting tales of a Polta Snarlveils the strangler killing various people and animals there. I'm not sure heliotrope is normally in DF, so I'm just gonna say i'm using Masterwork.

P.S. About 5 minutes after I posted this I googled Heliotrope and found out its a shade of purple, which made this soooo much better! XD

Nope, it's in vanilla DF, there's one dwarf in my fort that likes the color heliotrope. Not sure if colors are used in names in vanilla DF though.

My fort was named ... "brotherromance"... well lets just say the metal industry was thriving... smelting in particular too..

Also a farmer named Hellblade. So going to draft him into the militia once it's started.

I had a military squad named "The giant tools". It was rather fitting.

Lake called the Seasonal Lakes of Gravel, a freezing ocean called the Enjoyable Storm-Ocean. A fittingly-named Terrifying tundra: the Frosts of Skinning. The Kingly Crests, containing four dwarf civs' mountainhomes. A stream called the Motherly Wall. Tiny desert called the Dune of Anvils. Stream Incesthouse in the Hill of Palaces. Brook Millfill in the Pregnant Mire. I could go on and on about this world's features. Also, a while back, I had a fortress called Chanberwilt, fittingly killed by starvation.

My Dwemer for as mentioned recently in the Note to Urist thread was called Bowelmines.  There's a swamp in that world called the Swamp of Deserts.

Also, in my other Dwemer fort, some craftsmer created a figurine commemorating one that went on a berserk rampage in another fort.  Dumac Mc Berserk became known as Catoka Giltbraids (his name) the Untamed Season of Sparks.  More awesome than hilarious.  I'm figuring a failed mood.
