I kind of want to embark here, but I actually have experience with 1/2 a map being Reanimating (Terrifying is almost guaranteed, Sinister & Haunted are 50/50), and it is surprisingly difficult.  Especially when you start mining the Caverns, and can never be sure which Biome something has died in.
