Yes, but isn't he a haematologist at a time when that basically meant identifying which kind of ghosts you had in your blood, and thereby determine whether you should take the curative cocaine orally, nasally, or rectally?


EDIT: My own WTF, the square just outside my building was the site of a public speech/call to arms from the country's leading anti-muslim "We're not racist, you guys! We just hate brown people!" political party. SIAN, an acronym for "Stop the Islamification of Norway!", and yes they're as loony as they sound.

In a faint glimmer of potential hope for humanity, for the hours they spent out there decrying the evils of Islam and immigration, 90% of the gathered crowd was pointedly facing the other way and only turned around to flip the occasional bird and shout "Fuck off, Nazi cunts" at the featured politicians.


I mean, if you're going to hold a rally for your anti-muslim hate machine, maybe don't expect the warmest welcome when you decide to host the damn thing in the middle of one of the biggest immigrant population centers in the country.

I mean its not easy, but US jobs pay enough for that (if you can get reliable full time employment... big if).

Yeah, 600 is a normal rate. My apartment is 1700, but it's large enough that one could have a family in it, well positioned in town, and has a number of amenities included. Money is... very different here. I'm fortunate enough that the month's rent is not much more than a week's pay.
