Why are you doing that with the link? You have the correct link, just placing that will make it a valid hyperlink. You don't need to put a url bracket in there, and you doubly don't need to put that nonsense in the bracket. You've confused the forum's code and created a broken link. This is the second time too.

I have determined why some milk seems to taste terrible to me. Always seemed to have something like a sour aftertaste, even when the milk should still be be very fresh.  It's the brands.  I always figured that milk was milk, it all comes from the same source without much in between, Then I find out pasteurization methods can make a big difference. 

Ok, first wtf I would assume that kinda thing would be standardized but whatever, I'll just stop buying the cheap milk.   Wait a minute.... this milk is the Borden milk... this is the expensive stuff.  We only ever do Borden or the Great Value branded, that can't be right, the expensive milk is the crummy milk and the generic walmart brand milk is the good stuff?   This makes no sense!   Why you make no sense milk?

Most "store brands" are nothing more than name-brand products in store-branded packaging (literally -I used to have family working at the Hostess plant that makes Wonder Bread (before it collapsed due to mismanagement), and the process to stop making Wonder Bread and start making Kroger Bread was simply loading a different kind of bag) that is cheaper because it doesn't have the weight of a massive ad campaign. Whichever name brand that provides your local Wal*Mart with milk must be one of the nicer ones.

In the case that you have imported New Zealand milk there, you should try Fonterra. Their containers are designed for the sole purpose of avoiding that.

Milk in Japan tasted funny, almost off, to me when I was there. Don't know why. When I tried a second brand and it tasted the same, I just assumed it was some difference in production and drank it anyway.

It would be funny if it turned out you were buying milk from some other animal and not noticing it. Did you ever check?
