Nah. It was Mecha-Hitler that was in 3D. I don't think there's been a Wizard Hitler in any of the Wolfensteins. Plenty of generic Nazi Wizards, though.

In the level with Mecha-Hitler are these Hitler clones in robes that shoot fireballs.  I'll try to find a screenshot later tonight.

Try deleting the youtube related cookies and whatnot on your computer? It helped with some display problems for me, just recently. Different problems, but still. Might help.
