It was before the slim, actually. Only 2 models of PS3 (the launch 20 and 60 GB versions from 2006) had the PS2 hardware. The August 2007 Fat model contained emulation,  while all later models (2 models of fats, plus the slims and super slims) discarded PS2 backwards compatibility completely.

http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=Caliborn-like+curve

who exactly makes these

or rather how exactly

I mean yes theta function curve math magic but rather

they got everybody

it even takes friggin pseudonyms

http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=dragon+of+the+west-like+curve
http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=grimAuxiliatrix-like+curve

WHAT

wow

their examples of curve classes are DC, Marvel and MS Paint Adventures. Can't make this shit up.

EDIT: Uh is twitter accurate about follow dates? I find it odd that 4 people would follow me at the same time, especially when I'm 100% sure that one of them is not a bot

...actually if 3 of them are bots then it makes perfect sense

EDIT 2: I sincerely doubt that 3 of them are bots, at least two of them are musicians who actually, like, post stuff

so that makes one mutual-follow thing and three... mysteries, though one of them has over 1,500 people they're following

when you only have 5 followers you can pretty easily be very stalkerish about them, hehe.

So there were full-size trees blown over in the driveway this morning. At least they didn't hit someone's house.

...And I have some fence-repairing to do.  :-\

Bonus points for fencing around the fallen tree before they can remove it.

Keep the PS2, seriously. It's a great console with great games, and you cant play those on the PS2. I honestly like my PS2 better than my PS3.

I can play my PS2 games on my PS2. Not sure what's wrong with yours :P

Also, never ever sell it. I love mine. It makes me happy.

PS2 users, unite!
I still use my PS2 as well, honestly. Even got some new games today, so that's always nice.
CEX, I love you so.

Before we shipped out our stock of PS2 games, I picked up the Street Fighter Alpha collection for something like $.50. Also, Power Pros 08 is the best baseball game ever made.

I have an original Xbox. It still works, but the TV doesn't seem to like the cable.

One of my favorite games of all time is on the PS2. (It's Ratchet & Clank 3, which is fucking awesome)

... yeah, if we were talking sell/keep for the PS1, I would totally say sell that piece of junk, keep the controllers, and play PS1 games on the computer. Fast forward button and save states. Maybe even legit extract the bios or whatev', first.

Probably extend that sentiment to the PS2 as well, honestly...

That's really a minor benefit compared to the game always looking and sounding right (even today, a fair number of PS1 games have degraded quality on emulators because of special hardware tricks they used), not to mention always running at the intended speed.

Of course, I avoid save states like the plague.
