New post cause damnit little sister is infested with lice, now the whole house is going hypochondriac, i will be waging nuclear war on my hair tonight to make sure none lives to dawn.

Had to do that about once a month when my sister was in school. So many people sent their kids in filthy, that catching lice wasa matter of when, not if. Unless, of course, you had very oily hair due to ethnicity, that provided some protection.

My family's solution to nits from when we had two young pupils and two teachers living together: tea tree and mint shampoo.

The tea tree bodywash works wonders as an early AM wakeup as well.
