I don't think so Tim. I kind of have this dream of outdoing the guy and getting more subscribers than if if I can ever start doing Let's Plays on a decent machine of some kind. His millions of subscribers I see as a challenge of some kind.

Why the hell did I try to read the comments on the NBC News article? I mean, it's on a seperate page, like that was supposed to be a warning not to do that and everything.

NBC's comments section is absolutely hilarious, but sad, at times. It beats me why there are so many right-wingers raging about how NBC is 2librul4me but continuing to use the site instead of resorting to Fox or the Blaze.

I've been watching LOTR again in the context of it being a(n odd) D&D campaign and I figured out why Gandalf told everyone to leave. It was so he could get all the XP from killing the Balrog solo! Then he had some sort of auto ressurect item activate, grabs sweet loot, levels up a billion times from defeating a Balrog solo, and there you have Gandalf the White.

Gandalf is obviously mostly a warrior type class, maybe Paladin or something, with a little Wizard or Sorceror thrown in because fuck you, magic. Same as companies that specialize in promoting musical artists and such on twitter and facebook and what not but political. Any news site that has a comment section is probably a target.

The only thing worse than political comments on a news site is the idea that someone would actually pay a person to write said comments. I do not want to live in a world of professional trolls.

There's also the political equivalent of spambots. Which, because just about anything can pass the Political Conversation Turing Test would easily manage to avoid being banned simply because they are no more stupid than any other commenter.
