That's a good point. Most of the ingredients are rather mundane. And also you would be able to apply the metamagic feats to it, like the one that lets you cast without a spell component. Or silently, or without moving, or faster.
As for the tank shell, that's what the contingency would be for. They fire the tanks at you, and you teleport behind them, or above them. I wonder how effective Lightning bolt would be against an Abrams.

You'd need ingredients if you're going by the Forgotten Realms ruleset.

Also I get the feeling even a master wizzard would have to use some effort to stop a tank shell. Those things are not fucking around.

You'd need to make a really difficult Reflex save to pull that off...

Even if you mess it up, the tank shell goes sailing through a dimension door to wherever the railgun is. IIRC, they're two way, aren't they?

Yeah, there are some things you could do with all the magic in DnD that would make you a literal god like Pun-Pun. If you had access to all of the magic, it would probably take you a few minutes.

For instance you could create infinite limbs of infinite length and strength for yourself, and have them travel through an infinite number of portals to instantly kill anything you wanted dead.

Pretty sure there are some epic feats that let you ignore all spell ingredients, and since you would have *all* the feats...

Pretty sure you could get a crazy reflex save really easily with all the spells.

It looks like the majority were apologizing to their families/loved ones or their victims. I don't know, but it's pretty heartwarming to see (in the way that it would be worse to see them being unrepentant sociopaths). The ones who claim to be innocent... damn, if they're telling the truth.

Not that it absolves of their crimes - most of the summaries are pretty sickening.
