There are lots of librarians at my local library. How do they determine who is the 'head' one? At the end of the financial year all the librarians engage in ritual combat, jousting at each other atop book trolleys, armed with pens, rulers and leather-bound encyclopedias in an orgy of bloodletting until only one remains, battered, bleeding yet triumphant?
And then all the others bow down to their superiority and bestow upon them the enchanted Glasses of Nerdy Cuteness +11.
