Yeah... Yeah, actually, that would explain a lot of things.
Like my apparent, sudden ability to control electronic devices.
Earlier, I went for a pointless walk downtown, just for something to do out of the house. Eventually I came to a street crossing, with a crossing signal & walk button.
There were a bunch of
thugs bogans fashionable people of my age group hanging around by the crossing, too, and rather than feeling intimidated as I usually would, worried that they would acknowledge me in some way and force me to speak to them(seriously I am usually more frightened of someone speaking to me than throwing a punch at me), I just strolled up and answered them in a friendly manner when one of them spoke to me.
Seriously, I was shocked at myself.
So then I came to a halt there before the crossing, next to them, and realised how awkward that was. I mean, it was 10 at night, why was I waiting? There were no cars. More importantly, why were these people waiting here? What were they up to, anyway? I was feeling stupid, starting to mentally kick myself, leaning over and reaching slowly out for the walk button.
The exact instant I clicked in the button, though, the walk signal (what are those called, anyway? The beeping noise?) sounded and the awkward moment was dispelled as I said, "Magic," and strode across the street.
