So, I know I get to add a plus five for something, but I'm not exactly sure when its applied. Could you explain that perhaps?

Whenever you help someone you will get a 5 advangate, simple as that, BUT whenever you catch a glimpse of blood you not only will lose that advantage you will get a 5 disadvantage. If you are using your advantage, I will drasticly alter whomever you are helping's roll so as to have the highest chance of blood exposure.

Ah, so like there would be an added bonus to this next roll since i'm helping, but if I see blood, it'd be worse?

You aren't in game, but on the waiting list, I dont really remember the current year, but assassins would take at least a 25 year dedication to training, and I know I didn't advance it that long. 1990 should be sufficiant though...

Gunther [20] Oh, you find more glass alright, stuck inside your skin! (5) (8 ) [2 dmg] (0) All of the sudden you feel a sharp pain in your left leg, and there are shards of glass sticking out, their in pretty deep, but nothing too serious. [-3 Health]

Cristian [0] You fall into a state of sameness becoming one of the group, losing individuality and even the sense of humanity.

Alex [5] You make the equipment changes, and grab a shovel, and "strike the earth!" you make some progress, doing simple well tests along the way to make shure it IS a well, and signs keep pointing to that it is in fact a natural well.

[Excavating +.1]

Maximum [3] Nobody wants to help you with your so called "scouting party" they think you just want to keep them busy doing crap work. So you head out with some accual volunteers, and get absolutely nothing done, way to go, failure

Steven [8+5] (18) (11) (20 7) [8+5-10] You catch a glimpse of blood from Gunther's mysterious glass impalement, and suddenly become completely helpless, you get nothing done, at all.

Alek [20] You make the equipment changes, and while getting used to your new weapon, you accidentaly let an arrow fly... (5+1) (3) [15 Dmg] (5) You hit someone in the arm, but it only grazes them, BUT, the arrow is somehow instantly un-usable now... [-3 Health]

[Ranged Weapon +.1]

Sally [19] [13] You accually find something that the others missed, not necessarily with your superior mind, but more from your clumsiness. You tripped over a box lebeled ELECTRICAL and FRAGILE, with your superior mind however you descifer it to mean that it might contain something that is both fragile and of some relevance to electricity...

[Item Gained: Box of Fragile Electrical things] [Scavenging +0.2]

Nick [5] You got sick and tires of waiting it out in the shadows, so you set out to do something, but you cant really remember what...

[-1 to next roll for being ignorant of current objectives]

--------------------

Mostly Destroyed buildings litter your immediate surroundings. There is a foot deep layer of snow upon a foot deep layer of soot, everywhere. The sky is very dark. The Keep is very visable as a landmark from a while around. There is a trail going from one direction to the other, across the front of The Keep. All of your bottles are empty, people will still drink, but it will now be from personal inventories.
