Yes you do, until I change that rule (since you're exploiting it).

Actually, due to recent events I'm going to simply plonk one regular infantry unit into Japan. Do I really need a budget to do that?

Yeah, actually, I like "bending" rules myself, so I would have done the same if I were you. Only if I don't plug that hole, I'll have to spend each turn rolling hundreds of dice for tech research...

What does "plonk" mean?

Okay, turn's coming.

Edith: Oooops, Criptfiend didn't post his actions. Turn on hold until he does.

BTW, I already rolled Phantom's attack on ExKirby.... He, he, he...

Edith2:  I could just as well do RAM's first turn already, so he can change his actions later on.

Production: You produce one bomber in South Africa
Research: Your searcher nearly all starve to death, but they do manage to buy one pretty nice pencil. Now they're arguing about who'll get tu use it. (You do get your 1% bonus for the next turns).

Armies:
Lesotho's Army: 1 Militia
Evil Armies: 2 Infantry Divisions
You invade Lesotho, but you do lose some men on the way. One of your divisions will need some rest.

Swazilandese Army: 1 Militia
Evil Armies: 2 Infantry Divisions
Same as before. It look like Lesotho and Swaziland got together to create lousy tactics.

6. RAM
Name:The Evil Empire
Leader:RAM
Color: Blue
Revenue: $513
Money Available: $300
Territories:
South Africa (500$/turn):- 1 Bomber
Lesotho (3$/turn):2 Infantry Divisions, 1 Resting
Swaziland (10$/turn): 2 Infantry Divisions, 1 Resting
Technologies:None

Actually, Criptfiend, after looking for the GDP, I actually gave you too much for Greenland. GDP is lower than Lesotho's (But then, they only got like 50,000 inhabitant).

Who wants scout tech? 150 bucks each and you can be not killed whenever you attack another country.
By the way, I'll take you up on this offer next turn.

Whops:

I will buy a two spy planes, one in green land that will scout out Iceland and one in Canada that will scout the U.S.

Units cannot do anything on the turn they bought. The rules state: "6. If a unit or structure is bought, it will be available the next turn.".

So I'll let you until tonight to post another action, or you'll just end up buying those planes.

I guess that what he said. Or you can wait for someone else to buy it and try to buy it from him, or research it, or wait until 5 people get it.
