Persuade them that if they don't surrender, we'll throw stuff at them.
Eh, I prefer the positive over the negative.  And hey, I'm demon-kin; you think I seriously meant the whole "we're not going to hurt you if you surrender" line?

Regardless of what you guys want to do, I am still killing all their visibly armed guards if I can.
If they surrender, they'll throw down their arms and won't be armed anymore, so there should be no problems.

Changing action to

Get Ready for boarding action, and impress on them the futility of fighting us (intimidation)

Get Ready for boarding action, and impress on them the futility of fighting us (intimidation)
(6) You start to get ready, and by that I mean you do a running leap towards the ship (2) and manage to land flat against the enemie's hull, barely gripping on with your claws, (5+2, 5) However the flying wolf creature manages to scare the crap outta the enemy crew, and they become de-moralized.

Shoot anyone armed on the other ship.
(3+2) You take aim and manage to (4) put a hole through the first guy who runs above deck, his body falls to the deck and his sword rolls over-board.
(3-2) The next guy up slips on the blood in his panic and goes head-first into the water, while wearing heavy iron armor.

Of course, that was a non-serious action for turn 1, jokingly trying to make myself captain!

But now, serious business:

Shout and persuade the enemy ship to surrender with promises that they won't be harmed.
(4+2, 5)You manage to make your eyes flash red just as the next man comes above deck, and (3-1) in seeing a demon, a flying wolf, and a man with a crystal eye, simply falls to the deck in terror.

Persuade them that if they don't surrender, we'll throw stuff at them.
(2, 3) You aren't noticed in the confusion.

Shouldn't it be Captain Hadron?...

Order our new sharpshooter to take out anyone on deck, and ram the ship from the non-cannon side...

Im going traditional and logical pirates... unless we get loot from a sunken ship... which I doubt...
(1) You decide to ram the enemy ship, while going far to fast, and (3) smash a rather large hole in it's side, and knock the enemies cannon overboard (5) it doesn't seem to be sinking at the moment though, and you are sure you felt something crack in your own ship in the hit.

The merchant ships oars have stopped moving, and 4 more people come up from below, along with a rather opulent man wielding a scimitar, you figure he is the captain.

Enemies:
4 Merchant crew-Carrying iron maces.
Merchant Captain-Large man, wearing light armor, and fine clothes, wields a scimitar.

Surrendered:One Small Merchant crew-man, seems to be of goblin origin.

Merchant Ship:
This ship has one cannon placed upon it's bow, and a cloth tent covering the deck, 8 oars row to a rhythm below, no one can be seen on-board.
   Crew:De-moralized,
   Ship:In danger of sinking

Weather:Clear Blue sky, calm waters, and almost no wind.  Noon.

Surrender to enemy and join their crew.

Then destroy what used to be an allied boat.

(cool, thanks for actually updating this! I know this is gonna be a fun RTD!)

Keep firing at any armed men on their deck, except the captain.

Climb onto the ship, and rip the captain a new one if he does not surrender instantly

Decapitate Aramco with my claymore if he actually turns to the merchant's side, the traitorous scoundrel.
