Give me a Step by Step and remember that I might or might not be able to attend everyone so have a spare for my spot and I will make a character...

The rulebook has a step by step in it, in the first 5 or so pages.

Traveller isn't the kind of game you can just be given a step-by-step and expect to be able to make a character.
