As for the store thing. There's some code in the source for in-game shops and gambling, none of it's in the official campaign so who knows.

Provided you still have one left, you can just reload them like a gun. So 1 ammo satchel left press reload, bam max amount again.

Edit: Or not as the update just came out, and they fixed it. :(

Their community server does seem a bit slow today, tis true. Try adding Shaaktor (huesoo), Forsaken (forsaken), and runiczorshaak (me) as friends and joining that way. You'll be the medic.
