You know, the time frame is a little odd, but I'd be perfectly willing to use an Act to make an elemental plane. It sounds neat and full of potential.

Saskar creates an elemental plane, composed of four parts (Earth, Fire, Wind, Water) and generally partitioned along the existing celestial bodies. Travel between each planet's planes is difficult and time-consuming but possible, while travel between the different elements can only be done through special portals to the Rift, a featureless white space that ebbs and flows like the tides, sometimes being vast and sometimes not existing at all in a specific location. Travel from the elemental plane to the material world can be accomplished only through magic.

Saskar creates elementals to dwell in the elemental planes. Generally appearing as a mass of their respective element, elementals have the potential to take on myriad forms. Though immortal, they can breed similarly to mortals. Like mortals, they are mainly concerned with personal power and their element's dominance. They are aware of the material world, as it affects their planes, and of the other worlds' matching planes. They are intrinsically tied to their plane and have more trouble leaving it than a mortal would his own, though it's relatively easy to be summoned into an appropriate body of their element (which also means they return unharmed to their plane upon "death").

You can hold off on one/both of these until the current issues are resolved, but depending on what Desire's trying to accomplish, these might be good places to link to. Also sorry for bolding everything, you can just take the first sentence as the summary if you want.

Oh well. Time to cause change with my 5 acts


Aarrook felt tired... very tired... he was not done with his creation but he was to tired...

He gained the remainder of strength and yelled his call. "Rabbits, Cats, Night Elves, and the various other creatures of the world! There is a new terror you will have of face. This planet you are on, known as Earth, may one day become Paradise! I may nap for a long time, but you must dare to listen! There is a new danger, for if you veer away from Paradise, you may only get Hell! This challenge faced upon you is the very essence of Paradise itself! If you seek Paradise, you shall get it! However, you go againest Paradise, the world as you know it shall end! I leave you to decide your fate, but you shall always remember this call!"

He turned to his great star, which he had named after himself. He created a lone orb the size of a moon, orbitting at extremely close to the star while still remaining at a safe distance, to finish his prophecy. It was known as the Essence of Paradise, and will give the world magic during times of Paradise, and will move to impact with the world during times of Hell, which he even made immune to the acts of other gods.

So, he turned back to Earth, and started to look at his creations. He gave the ones for peace the ability to keep it, teaching them the secret of making shields of the divine, which could block attacks. He turned to the dragons, and noticed the five eggs. He called to them, and they were, although secretly, made to like the races of the worlds who seek Paradise. Finally he made a call to how the world would define "Paradise" from that point all.


Aarrook creates the Essence of Paradise, which will give magic when the world is in times of paradise and attempts to crash in the world during times againest Paradise. Paradise has been Defined as when the world is at piece and when actions determine respect. Peaceful creatures have been taught how to create shields to protect themselves. A nightmare is worldwide telling people the dangers of the Essence of Paradise, which will remain for one year. All of the unborn dragons are secretly supporting peaceful nations.


Aarrook was to tired to move. So shall fade, until next time, where he will be in the waiting list.

But urist was aware of such happenings and fashioned a new god out of the energy of the universe, and a little bit from aarrook so that he may have some similarities of his traits... he called this new god... Inmontani

Dragons
---

The dragons continued to pillage the worlds civilisations, but at a slower and more careful pace, the eggs seem to be glowing, they seem like they will hatch soon

The dragons successfully fended off raid after raid after raid by most of the near by races, even some races far from their den.
The male dragon was almost struck down twice, but was saved just in the nick of time by the female dragons rage.
The male dragon is now rehabilitating in the back of the den.

A whole matter of objects have been brought into the cave by the dragons, this should entice adventurers

FBFT demon
--
The FBFT demon wanders across the landscape, attempting to find the dragons, it succeeds and finds the cave.

The FBFT demon was also attacked by a raiding party which was heading to the dragons cave, it easily fended them off and burnt their corpses to a crisp

The FBFT demon has now set up a home base at the bottom of the dragons cave mountain.

Cats

The cats brought back from the grave, still in limbo seem to be immortal(Age wise...), but they do not eat or sleep, they do not crave anything and are in a permanent melancholy, only wishing for death in glorious battle.

The fertility in the lands of the cats has causes the crops already in the land to grow in abundance, and soon crops cover the land.
But due to the mutation in the lands from the mutated cats infecting other things, strange plants and trees are being seen, growing in weird shapes and in a variety of colour. One cat even reported that it saw a plant that was invisible, the rest of the cats took him for being insane and promptly sent him to the rabbit land...
Two plants/trees are of great notice, one is a tree called "ironwood" which has wood that seems to be as strong as iron and leaves as strong as leather
The other is a carnivorous plant, who's roots tunnel underground and create caverns for prey to fall into as they are being attracted to the pretty flower in the middle of the roots, as it takes the guise of a great healing plant in the area.
The prey collapse the weak dirt ceiling and fall into the roots which send out an acid like liquid and slowly digest its prey.


The temple that aarrook makes sustains both the races, war slowly grinds to a halt.
After time, the cats start missing the thrill of war and battle, as blood lust has been bred into their species, and the fact that mutation has thrived throughout the cat community doesn't help the peace effort...

The underground resistance still declares war on the rabbit kind and murder hundreds by the day, but the dead rabbits are quickly replaced by two new born ones.

The underground resistance starts growing in very large size, taking atleast 50% of the cat population, and all of the serriously mutant cats, including the bezerk/savage ones.

The mutations continue thriving within the cat community, and almost every cat is mutated in some form or another, though not always visable.
Some cats are now showing double edged sword characteristics, like having a very short life span but enough strength to remove an iron wood tree from the ground, roots and all with its bear(hahahaha...) hands.
Another type is that they live insanely long but are as weak as a blade of grass.
But these are only two of the many many double edged sword characteristics.

Rabbits

The rabbits quickly become the majority using the temple as they have so cast numbers, once the shield is down, it is no doubt they will attempt to spread out as the room on the rabbits land has quickly ran out, and every free space has ran out, and that is quite large.
Once the shield is down, the rabbits will most likely spread out and create many more rabbit tribes, the rabbits rejoice and pray for this to happen.

A resistance of rabbits have been created, but this time it is publicly known, only a few join this group.
The ideals of this resistance is to subdue to the cat population and stop the war once and for all, the radical ones want to remove the cats from the face of the planet as they feel that they are too dangerous to be left alone for they will only grow more powerful.

The mutations on the plant life have come over to the rabbits ground as well, the rabbits cultivate and start farming the ironwood trees, and use the carnivorous plant in defenses.
The ironwood trees start being developed into weapons for the rabbits, prehaps this will even the odds in weapon sense, as the rabbits obviously have the numbers...

The rabbits main source of food from the surrounding area has run out, food is taken almost every second at the temple to be brought back down to the rabbits community to feed, although this is still not much... A lot die due to starvation, although they are quickly replaced.

Trevor is still alive and part of the resistance, and has now influenced the rabbits to start training, as no doubt the day when the shield is removed they will need those skills for any chance of survival, they have no idea what is outside the shield.

The mutations in the rabbits is continuing and now four more rabbits like Trevor have been mutated, their offspring have almost the same power as their mutated parents but due to them having normal other parents, the effects is worn down a bit.

Humans

Due to the mutations caused by the worm, the humanoid races on the plains have mutated into one giant race called the humans, all humanoid races except the jesters...


Due to the knowledge given to the humans by dundas, the humans quickly become the most technologically advanced race on the planet(Night elves are not that technologically advanced, more like magically  advanced) , and mass create weapons, some have even learnt to make armour.

The humans wage war on one another, but due to this, weakness is being routed out of the population and the strongest and fittest remain.

Other effects of mutation cause them to grow extra limbs, or cause extremities in certain aspects, like hair colour, or number of limbs, or length of limbs, strength, intelligence, agility, etc...

The fountain is preventing a lot of the mutations from effecting a lot of the population, only positive mutations seem to be shining though...

Jesters

Jesters are now hailed as semi-divine beings by the closest sapient creature, humans.
The jesters gladly manipulate the humans into giving everything the jesters need to them, and protecting the jesters.

Some jesters start wandering around the world, setting small towns in certain places bringing laughter and joy to those places.

The Undead Hordes

A strange magic is brewing from the "death" of a god, it ripples throughout the universe and causes those that have died to be brought back to life, even the ones with no flesh on their bones.
It seems all are hostile and are very hard to kill...
ALL races are plagued by the Undead.

Only some of the undead are actually intelligent, most are driven by instinct or being manipulated by the said intelligent ones.

The undead do not rest

The undead are not killed easily

The undead are mostly immortal age wise, but can still die due to old age if they are not careful.

The undead start attacking the cities from their graves, and it seems the undead that are killed are quickly replaced by the dead on the oppositions side, as the effect is still working for this turn...

Taymandis sends some Night Elf diplomats, seeking peace with the humans. Whilst this is happening, Taymandis rewrites the life threads of the Night Elves as a whole, letting them interbreed with humans, producing elves. They are not immortal, and they can only manipulate the shadows when he/she meditates, but they inherit the best of both parents. Next, he creates a race of dwarves, mountain men who love to hammer away at the mountains with their strength and almost insane zeal for their work. He creates 50,000 of them, and sends them throughout the lands, all of them split into small groups of 10 mating pairs, and settling them in or near mountains. He is a compassionate deity, and teaches them of mining and metalworking, as well as all the things that all dwarves should know. Taymandis then creates tools such as picks, anvils, mechanism and all sorts of good things for the dwarves.

You've got the turn wrong.
Dundas fills his forest with animals and birds. He creates humans, a dozen of each sex, who are highly resistant to mutation and places them in a small room in his Hall, in suspended animation.
I was putting knowledge into the heads of these humans.

Come to think of it, it might require some explaining as to why I responded to the ravenous undead hordes by making a separate plane with separate inhabitants in it. Almost looks like I'm giving up.  :P

In any case:

Saskar paused, noticing that while he crafted a place for the elements themselves, the dead rose and assailed the living. Briefly considering whether perhaps he should have been focused on other things, Saskar decided to make the best of it, and whispered the secrets of elemental summoning, binding, and diplomacy into the ears of his Jesters. With that knowledge, they could summon servants to aid them, or teach its secrets to the servants they already possessed.

Saskar teaches the Jesters how to summon and deal with elementals.

Taymandis sees the threat far in the distance, and so inspires in his Night Elves an urge to create fortresses, raise armies and prepare to fight the slavering rabbit hordes. In secret, Taymandis creates a pocket dimension that only the god, and whoever he wishes, can enter. He takes the paragons of the Night elves, dwarves and Humans, around 50 members per species, and puts them into a stasis where nothing can harm them.

i could put more "worse case scenarios up"
Originally i had one for each race... except for dragons as they wouldnt do something THAT stupid.
But i felt that it was too spoilerish so i only did it for cats.

p.s.

the numbers are weird atm.

humans (on the plaines)
= around 52,000 (all added up, there were rather a lot on the plains before the worm came along and mutated them into one race...)

Jesters = 2,000 (But they really have no enemys...)

Night elves = around 319,000

Rabbits = 580,000 (yes... that damn many...)

Cats = 128,000 (somewhat small in comparison, but realise that the cats have the advantage in weaponry and mutation... So it pretty much evens it out...)

Undead = ... HUUUUUEEEEEGGGGEEEE, like 938,000 (Its all the dead up to a certain point, as beyond that the corpses are remove... and dont give me an idea to include ghosts with the undead... then the world is screwed...)

Dragons = lol 7

Anything else?

Oh, giant turtles = 23,000 (as they have an entire planet to themselves and its huge)


The rabbits and cats are so high because they are/were confined to a rather small area for an  amount of time.
Forcing them to live and breed in the areas, unable to spread out...
And the rabbits basically used numbers as a tactic... Cannon fodder anyone?

I am still a ways out of the game, but would it bother anyone if I made futuristic technology, I would try to stop it from spreading or being abused...

Nah, it's fine but we'll need to differentiate between the two types since mine are highly resistant to mutation whereas the ones on the plains are not. If you don't mind I'll be referring to the ones I created as High Humans and the ones that were the humanoids as Low Humans.
