Deny them mercy! incapacitate both of them with your Voice of power, and stab them.

Try using the Glyph of expansion on the other's head.

Yes. :D

> Try using the Glyph of expansion on the other's head.

You attempt to cast a glyph of expansion onto one of the brigands' head. (Magic: Glyphs) (Glyph of Expansion) (94-30=64) (64>10) (Success! 39xp gained!)

The brigand's head swells up, making his eyes pop you and dangle against his cheeks and blood leak from his eye sockets and ears. The other only watches in horror as the brigand's head continues to grow until it can barely fit in the door-frame, until his head splits open like an over-ripe apple, showing the contents inside until, at last, his whole head explodes in a shower of gore. Taking initiative, you grab the other brigand and tie him to a table. You bring out the knife you found earlier, and begin slicing his skin off, starting with a leg. You revel in his agonised screams, drinking his pain and being spurred on by it. And when you finish the bloody task, baring the veins and muscles beneath, you slash at it several times until with a great cleave you amputate it from his body. You repeat this with the other leg and both arms, keeping him alive with Glyphs of Life, until at very last you have mutilated his whole body and left him only as a torso and head. You then ravage these parts, leaving him as an unrecognisable mess. Then you behead him, finishing it off.

Jesus H Tapdancing Armok.  :o

Combine Glyphs of Life and Fire to hopefully make non-painful fire. Place over eyes in a menacing manner.

> Be ashamed, for bloodying the forbidden books.

You begin to feel sad. Saaaaaaaad. :(

> Gussy up

You wipe the gore off yourself and polish the armour a bit with some spit.

> Stop feeling sadistic.

You get a hold of yourself.

> Check alignment.

What alignment? Alignment of your boots?
