I'm just gonna start this early and let the 8th person tag in whenever.
Turn 0-Dungeon Bound
The eight of you are being towed into a dungeon-for what reason, you don't excactly know. They've strip-searched you for most of your belongings-potions, gold and the like, but they fail to find your most effective weapons-your wands, Mana Balls and cards-well, the last one was a lie-they took most of them, leaving you only three each. So there you were, being taken to the castle, when one of your number dashes free. "You go on ahead, I'll deal with the runt." yells one of the guards, following the escapee. Nothing particularly interesting happens on the rest of the trip. On arrival, you are all knocked unconcious....
...You all wake up in the dungeon, arms chained so you're hanging. One pair of chains are left open. They must still be dealing with the escapee.

I should probably mention now that you are all 1/1, anyone who is strong is 2/1, anyone who is weak is 0/1, anyone who is tough is 1/2.
