So, I've had a chance to play around with a few characters.

Last character ended with a Sea Raider attack when I was camping. 24 Vikings versus my half-dead motley crew. 30 minutes later, all my troops were dead, and I managed to (Barely) kill all of the bastards.
*DING* Level seven. Popup. Can't play anymore. Didn't even get to loot the corpses. Dammit.

I swear the queen of praven loves me. In Native Expansion we just took all the Rhodok towns away from them, she gave them all to me, plus one castle on top of the castle and town I already own.

Then again, I singlehandedly wiped out both the Sirranids and the Rhodoks for them, only needed to ask the queen to help out with Jelkala so her troops could meatshield those god damn arbalests.

She also gave me a one handed/two handed sword that has like 64c and 50p. It kills most things in one swing. I'm starting to feel OP.

Huscarls rule. They're not mounted, but that means they're not reliant on mounts. Get 40 of them, watch as they mow through small War Parties on their own. Get 80, and start taking Towns and Castles.

Get money first. Train them fast and put them to use fast.

Since you get money for killing enemies, consistently fighting all the time will help you make enough money to afford the mass elite troop pool, especially when smashing towns and castles.
