Twas the day before christmas and all throughout the mall,
Many mall Santas were working , it's their first job since last fall.
Their rent checks were sent post-dated with care,
In the hopes that their bonuses soon would be there.
When out in the main hall there arose such a rumor
"They say the real Santa's here," they say with such humor
As they fight the guards with wet angry cats
"Santa..what next the Grinch?" you say as you fix up your hat.
But still..you ponder it a little..or maybe a lot
perhaps you'll send a letter..or a few, why not?.
Basic rules:

48 hour days, 24 hour nights. Weekends and holidays will not count. Deadline in effect. Extensions will be offered 24 hours before deadline. Day Endings will be offered if over 50% of the town votes on the same target.

Special rules:
The first day (Christmas Eve), everyone who is NOT santa may send a Santa Letter to others via PM (exactly as written).
You may send it to as many people as you wish, including everyone and no one. Your goal is to give a letter to Santa. I must receive a copy of all sent letters as well.

The first night, Santa will create a list, marking players as Naughty or Nice. At the end of the night, Santa will deliver presents to everyone as follows:
If you are marked Naughty, you will receive Coal, and thus gain no powers.
If you are Nice and Santa did NOT receive a letter from you: you receive a random 1-shot skill.
If you are Nice and Santa received your letter: a permanent role as suggested in your role PM.
All non-santas have a suggested role. The roles are randomized and multiples can exist.
If Santa dies before Day 2 begins, the gift giving will NOT occur. If Santa dies before or afterwards, the town will mourn him, causing them to lose a day.
In this game, there is also a Helper. The Helper helps by collecting letters. Any letter the Helper collects will be as if it is sent to Santa. Santa will be sent the letters the helper receives in time for his List writing. The helper does not try to send a letter to santa but will always receive a generic-1-shot present instead. Note that the Helper has to survive to the end of the first night for those letters to reach Santa.
The Grinch is the mafia. Along with the normal NK and the wish to send letters, they also can perform a vile act to anyone who sends a letter to them. They can perform either of these two act to each letter sender:
Watch: They find out what present you received from Santa
Steal: They steal the present during transport. A player will receive no present at all. Meanwhile, the grinch gains whatever the present contained.
Note, the present they gain from santa can be used instead of their nightkill. Any present they steal, however, can be used WITH any other action (including using multiple skills at once).
Scrooge begins the game as a Survivor, but MUST send 2-4 letters during the first day to different people. After Christmas, they will change depending on who received those letters.
If Santa - They will become Pro-town, like the Mall Santas
If Grinch - They will become a Mafia ally. The Mafia will be informed that this has occured but not who Scrooge is.
If Both - They will become a Serial Killer and will gain a night kill.
If Neither - They will remain a Survivor
Final notes:
-This is NOT a Bastard Mod. There are no lies and nothing about the game is hidden. All roles work as advertised.
- Role Cops will see 'Mall Santa' to everyone that has no role or only have 1-shot skills, including Santa and the Helper. If the person has a role that will be the role they see. Grinches who have stolen roles will prioritize first to the role Santa gave them then to the first role they stole.
- Cops will see Scrooge as follows: Pro-town as 'town', Mafia ally as 'mafia' and Survivor/SK as 'neutral'
Possible Roles (again, multiples exist):
Cop - Can Inspect a player to see their alignment each night
Role Cop - Can Roleinspect a player to see their role each night
Doctor - Can protect a player against a night kill attempt each night
Vigilante - Can kill a player each night
Bus Driver - Can Bus two people each night. Target one person and it will affect the other person instead.
Redirecter - Can redirect one person's action to another target each night.
RoleBlocker - Can stop the action of one person each night.
