I nuked the last 6 or so irrelevant posts...  I'm not sure about the rest.  There seems to be quite a bit of bickering and so on.  Please don't bicker.  Please try to have a topic.

Hey... You guys brought the Toady one in my topic... That ain't nice... He's got work to do. Like I said to keep this going though  intend this to be like "The life and times of strife23" and whatever Toony's topic is named at the moment. In that vein first thing I gotta say.


Burgers... You see burgers are the only food in my life I have never seen done bad. OVERDONE yes... Underdone? Yeah that too. But what I am thinking here is you really cant mess one up. I defy anyone to come up with an unpalatable burger, it's hard.

Also I randomly thought of a burger with sushi in it... And as I plan to learn to make sushi at some point I can try it.

I have a way. Buy one from a seedy place, learn what's in it and then tell someone before trying to feed it to them.

It'll still be edible. It just won't be et.

I have - although I don't eat burgers anyway O.O , so my opinion is biased.


Simple, take a burger - over-cook it. Put it in the freezer until later, then overcook it again. Come back in a week, cook it again, enough to burn the fluffy stuff off - then push it back through the grease - to keep the flavour, put it on a bun, and eat it before it soaks through and starts leaking onto your hand. No cheese, no salads.

Hell there's this kinda seedy looking truck stop here that probably has the second best burgers in town. Well to me... They make Milly sick.

sushi in general is easy; it's the rice that's tricky.  Not sure how well that would translate to a bun, as I'm not a seafood person.  Can't be worse than gristle sushi (yeah, it's real and as bad as it sounds.  Maybe worse).

Bad burger I had: I don't know what happened to it, but I got it from Jack in the Box, so you know it was pretty foul to begin with.  Now, I like Ultimate Cheeseburgers, I do.  Eat'em all the time.  But this thing, not a single part of its creation went right.

The meat was undercooked, over frozen, over heatlamped.  There was no sauce on it but mayonnaise.  It got crushed utterly flat and then almost folded in the bag.  And it was wet - not just soggy, but actually dripping wet.

A raw, crusty, soggy, greasy, meaty pancake you couldn't touch without getting bad mayo on your hands.

I still ate it, but I really didn't want to.

Well okay that DOES sound like a bad burger. But I've never had one even CLOSE to being THAT bad. Fuzzy and reheated yes, but not a soggy drippy mayo covered monstrosity.

Very bad idea. Burgers are bad when they poison you.
