Take a painkiller and deep breaths.

Thanks bro. It has calmed down a bit, i am now breathing normally and am not in immediate danger of vomiting, but i can feel that it wouldn't take a lot for it to escalate again. Sadly, one painkiller hasn't been enough, so i might have to gulp down another. I wonder if this is some kind of migraine, because i don't feel sick enough for it to be an infectious disease (as in, don't have fever or runny nose or anything like that), and my neck doesn't really indicate a tension headache either. That would just be fucking lovely, being able to add migraine to my list of ailments. >.>

Late day edit: Headache continues, Shook still displeased, but at least not crippled. According to my dad though, migraine does run in the family, so it's not impossible that i may have it as well, although the relative mildness of the headache does suggest other causes. I am not sure how i feel about this, but at least it wouldn't be dangerous.

I broke my stuff yesterday. Now I need replacement stuff.
I hate it when this happens, and I hate it that my life is bad enough that I break things sometimes.

Also my phone was amongst the casualties so I can't use Bay12 (or anything else) except for moments when I can use someone's computer.
I guess y'all get a welcome break from my presence.

Don't worry.  I doubt they'll be extremely miffed about 1 day's delay.

@Yoink:But we don't want a break from your presence.

Entropy happens to everybody, Yoink.  Though if you're intentionally breaking things, that is kinda bad.

Wasn't intentional. It is certainly bad, though.

If your parents have the school's, or a teachers number on hand, you could just call them and try your best to sort it out, since there's at least some staff there to deal with things?

I can't have mild feelings. Slight things make me very sad/angry/happy and i have no idea why. I just drank some tea and started listening to some calm music, but it isn't happening even the slightest. I NEED TO FEEL CALM BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW.

Deep breaths.  Distract yourself.  Read a book.
