If I ever get exceedingly pissed, exercise is a very good way to drain it into a more positive outlet. Just start running until you feel a bit more regulated!

Personally, I learn new things when I don't have anything to do. Said new things are generally useless. For example I have yet to find a good occasion to discuss the Holy Crusades, but, it means that I'm still moving forwards, and it's better than staying still.
