Had a chat with my little bro (he's in the Canadian Armed Forces). I miss him. We never got along super well, different interests is all, but after this I just want to give him a hug. Looking forward to Christmas when he gets some time away.
Thinking of stopping by the war memorial this weekend. May be too much feels though. I dunno.

I'm sitting here, trying to figure out what to do for Christmas.
Do I get games for the WiiU, which I got last Christmas and still only have 3 games for:
Or do I get a PS4, because that Bloodborne looks nice.

Then you get cities like Paris where you should basically just kill yourself already.

You won’t have to think anymore: it’ll be just like having fun!

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

Descan is correct. Pants are good.
And I'm short on pants. I have about three viable pairs that fit the work dress code left.

Also, the treatments for my spine are going to make me taller.
So I'll stop being Five-foot-eleven-and-a-half... but I hate being tall anyways, it leaves you uncoordinated, so you hit your damn head on everything. Kneel down to grab that thing that an average person only needs to lean for? Bang, you've hit your head on the counter on the way back up. Turn your head to better listen to a customer's order? Bang, you've hit your head on the nearest wall. Reach something from up high for a short person? Bang, you've hit your head on the cupboard door while reaching into the cupboard.
