Nah, you're supposed to despise your siblings. Until you're both adults, that is.
:I
Like it or not, the dutch person is right.
I...I don't hate my siblings! :c
THANK YOU. Having a miserable life and extremely volatile state of mind is not a requirement for having a sibling.

I should not have to point this out to you guys.

Because most people can look past how annoying as shit their siblings can be, or at least put up with it and still love them.

How old is your brother anyway, like 17 or so?

IronTomato, I'd advise to not let your perception be dependent wholly on your brother in that case :-\
Focusing on the negative and shoving it at him purely in raw negative form doesn't help anyone--most especially yourself.
I'm not shoving it at him, I'm shoving it onto here because there's nobody I know in person who believes me anymore, except my parents.
Nah, you're supposed to despise your siblings. Until you're both adults, that is.
Are you trying to say that his malice doesn't matter?
His malice doesn't matter, in the context of how it affects your life.
Use it as a point of understanding of the attitude he carries--do not use it as a reference point on how you perceive everyone else out there. Look at the attitude, and do not generalize.

Also Dutchling, please stop giving false information on what 'should' be between siblings -_-
Same to you greatorder :v Though I feel like I'm missing something (is joke? :O)

Because I live in holistic camaraderie with my siblings--saying you 'should' despise them is...
It's just ugh.

I don't think you understand what he is. He is not annoying. Nothing has legitimately annoyed me in a long time. I believe so firmly inside me that he deserves nothing more than to die screaming, because of the asshole that he has turned me into, as well as the tornent that he insists on causing me every day of my life. The word "annoying" does not accurately describe him, and I will never be able to look past how evil and fucked up he is. I'm sorry, but I'm not "most people".

He's 15, born on the same day as me. My beloved twin brother.

@Tiruin

I don't compare other people to him on purpose. Their own actions and how remarkably similar my fellow students are to my brother causes me to only see him in all of them, and because of the way they argue and bully each other, my subconscious has no reason to believe that they are any different from my brother, but frankly neither do I.

+1

Anyway, I'm not American, in any sense, and I don't have any siblings*. Coincidence? I THINK NOT!
*Ostensibly.

Apparently the reason some of my family members have been acting the way they do towards me is because they thought I hated them.

Also, my cousin is in the hospital. Has been for a while, but I thought it would be over by now.

If it's relatively recent, it could just be stress and what not getting to you. A good old fashioned 15 hour resting period should clear that up if you have time for it this weekend.

Remember, it's relatively easy to confuse the gibbering death throes of a thousand unspeakable creatures around you for depression, when really it's one of the happiest things in the world!
