Wasn't repeated head trauma linked to Parkinson?
No more headbanging for AoD.

And of course, there's that risk of those few people who have weak blood vessels in their brains and don't know about it... Which could mean hemorrhage.

That is the placebo of the mention of internal bleeding. It's basically your body convincing itself it is unwell.

I ocassionally get a rather annoying pain in what seems to be the center of my brain. It's only started since I came to uni and went to this metal club so it's probably that. Oh well!  :D

April 16th is too busy. I was already having to skip an important track meet to be able to go on the week-long Wind Ensemble tour, and now today I've qualified for the state competition for Science Olympiad on that same weekend.

You don't need to.
Only one part is the important one and I believe it's the first.
I'm not sure if you have to provide a secon expression, but at least you can type anything you want.
It becomes less annoying once you realize that.

It's not the first.
It can be either.
There's a guide for how to do it, but I don't have it.

Dear anti-spam measures: I'm not typing that, dude.

There are two parts in these two-word capchas: one made by a computer, and the computer knows what you should type in, while the other part is actually text scanned off paper that OCRs couldn't figure out. This is done in an attempt to get people to help make electronic copies of books and newspapers that were published before computers were smaller than a room.

Bottom line: The easily readable bit is used for Turning tests, the less-readable one to help copy old books.
If you get cyrillic text or a misshapen blob, you can just as well type in "hamster".

Almost every anti spam thing I have seen is completely incapable of being translated.

Apparently my uncle was molesting my cousin, now they are living with my grandparents after protective services took them away from him. >:(

It happens every once in a while, something truly horrible and all we can do is offer condolences.

Still, it'd be worse if we didn't. I hope he pulls through, mentally.
