It's been frickin' noisy for the past 4-5 hours.

Fortunately, all I was doing for those past hours was studying Russian, and it's quieted down for the listening/online research portions.

I believe you're thinking of Mitochondria.

Hypochondria is the affliction whereby ones body displays symptoms of diseases and illnesses that they hear about, basically someone who's always "sick"
