Eh, polish doesn't suffice to decode this.
Maybe if someone could translate it to czech...

i guessed "Of course im a little strange today"

Yup, pretty much.

"I've been doing Russian work for the last 5 hours, of course, so I'm a little bit strange today.  [Insane Russian laughter]."

Ugh.

My Russian course has apparently decided to add yet another requirement to waste my time on.  Fabulous.

You need to eat fruit and fibrous foods, like granola.  Water will only get you so far.

Take some cough sweets.
I don't have that.
I've been downing loads of water, now it's all acidic and I can't make myself push. I can't do laxatives because I already used those a week ago and I don't want to doom myself to tolerance of the stuff.
Everyone with diarrhea right now should consider themselves lucky, at least somewhat.

I missed an offer to go to a party.

Guess I'll go to sleep, then. Which was my original plan, but meh.

So, how many and how should I be eating them for the time soon to come?

As many as it takes?

Then keep eating fruit every day, and other fibrous stuff unless you want this to keep happening >_>

Er. Cereal, or eggs and bacon if it's the weekend. Lunch is whatever school serves that day, or whatever I can construct with the food in the house if it's a weekend.
Dinner is whatever my parents decide to make, so yah, a very erratic diet.
