A friend I respect but quite possibly disappointed a few years ago made a sorta funny psuedo death threat as a joke on Facebook.  Not sure if I should feel sad or amused... I feel sad regardless, because there would be an excellent reason for him to not like me.

It depends on what you did before.
If you move stuff, it will unmove it.
The one time I accidentally hit it after adding new stuff, it had a prompt asking if I was sure I wanted to permanently delete these items, though.

Crtl-z is the universal shortcut for "undo", so you probably just did the exact opposite of the thing you did immediately before.

Hmm, it scared me. But I deleted it anyway. Now I fixed everything. It took only an hour's work but I finally moved my save over to .06 and ironhands gfx.

It is from the X-Com point of view. Why do you think so many people only remember the strategy X-Com games as good?
But from the generic FPS point of view, its somewhere between 'meh', and 'cool! aliens!'.

Yes, but my remark was not directed toward any of the game's merits, but your unwarranted rage that the game only contained one enemy.  It's a trailer, not an encyclopedia.  You can't expect it to show everything the game has.
