Spending a good three hours overtime along with 9 other people in a meeting only to realize that it was not even remotely useful except for the one guy that basically organized the the thing. That's not only sad for the fact but also for the sheer amount of money, energy and willpower that is drained during such sessions.
Thanks for letting me share, I feel better now.

Because after all, if you read this image it means you are richer and higher educated than a lot of people.

And that shows how lucky you are.

Thanks for that.
I just emailed it to my family members, many of whom feel that their life sucks.

Not often does something like that actually move me. And I'm a stubborn one. Nice job Toon for delivering that one. Add to sad, now I feel like crap about many of the times I complained of things not going right.

That made me feel less guilty about buying an $8 pack of cigarettes, instead of sticking with the (almost as good) $3 packs. Since I'm better off than most of the world, having $60 to my name, clearly I deserve to feel like it too. :P

Holy hell Grakelin!!! How much did the thing cost?

I have no idea. He got a bunch of extra money for going to Haiti, and he's getting more because he's going overseas again. I always fail to understand how he always manages to buy so much awesome stuff, though.

Still stormy here in the recesses of Dukes soul. However, affirmation that all my troubles are caused by somebody even more confused than me and even more frightened than me have allowed me to rejoin society. And allow me to one-up Toony.

Whatever you say man.  Whoever wrote that may be uplifting, but he's still a tool.  Deserving and having are a world apart, and are the exact cause of so much inner strife.  I'm not inspired.

So long as I'm out of this funk so I can deal with it, whatever.

Although I will admit it is more for the person who lacks motivation to do anything in life, which is the cause of their grief.

Lately, whenever I get into a funk, making it a habit more often, I tend to remind myself that I've been through worse, much worse, and I have overcome them, and in some cases, obliterated the problems head-on. Furthermore, even took full advantage of the problems and made good use of them.

That's enough motivation for me to cheer up.
