....Dammit, I let this slip.  Now I'm sad.

@Redking:[obligatory 'crowdfunding!' suggestion]
*hugpats*

@Frumple:Hope things get better.  *passes traditional chicken soup*

@Insanegame:I don't even... *hugpats*
Rule of thumb, though: If there's nothing specific they can point at, there's no way that a case would actually even stick, so yeah, ignore that twice over.

Also, I'd like to second this:
"Die, please" is far too nice a thing to say to asses like that.

@HugoLuman:*sympathetic wince*
Hope you feel better soon.

@Gamedragon:Everything Tiruin said.  I cannot emphasize enough how important this is.

Also, *hugs*

Had an amazing dream last night, but I can't muster up the energy to finish writing it down.

Hard science is like a sword, and soft science is like fear. You can use both to equally powerful results, but even if your opponent disbelieve your stabs, they will still die.

Welp, just got to know that an old acquaintance of mine has died, at the tender age of... 95, outliving both of my grandparents by more than a decade. I've known her for a long time, although we didn't see each other very often, so while i am sad, i wouldn't say i'm devastated. She was a good person, won't forget her, and hey, maybe she'll meet my grandparents now, wherever they are.

I'd recommend a needle if it's an ingrown hair, otherwise rubbing alcohol.  Razors sound like a bad idea.

Girlfriend for 5 years, almost six, just broke up with me. Hurts more than it should.
Edit: It's funny how it took almost a week to actually sink in.

Just had a panic attack.
Surprisingly, I've been having these in the past 8 months due to reasons and didn't know that the symptoms were something I've read about in the past and didn't connect. Uncontrolled shaking, pressure, difficulty breathing, and the feelings that I thought was too familiar to associate as 'extreme nervousness or anxiety attack?'
Shocking to me since my mindset is focused on concepts; feeling it firsthand and then realizing 'this is what's been happening in the past!' brings a subtle numbness of awareness now that I'm calmed down. ._.

I've been having panic attacks for somewhere around a decade and only recently (~1 1/2 years ago) understood what they were.

Funny, I just had a philosophical panic attack.

Unrelated:

One of my best friends just came out as gay. Now I am scared for him, and feeling guilty, because he could be dead one day because he's gay, and I'm invisibly different (agender, asexual).

Unless you live in Belarus or Egypt or something, you're unlikely to find someone being killed for being gay

unlikely, but it does happen

also, maybe not killed, but injured. at least beat up

something is more likely to happen

like suicide
