Just a retail job at the dollar store, so no, it's minimum wage with no benefits and no advancements most likely, though they said they haven't selected supervisers yet at this location. I dread the idea of having to take responsibility of other people though.

But it does mean a little bit of cash, so that's nice.

The thirteenth chapter of my hard sci-fi space opera is released! In it is more info about a certain alien species' culture, more character development, and an explanation for why they did not just send a drone courier instead of a manned ship.

Yea I did. It was really hard, but I think I finally lost the military and all those mobile task forces.

I thought could sneak through the guards to snap a pic or two, but then they caught me and decided to report me directly to Erdoğan.

I didn't want to see Erdoğan's face that up close again. So I had to drop human disguise to get free and escaped into the blocked off corridors. Then a Scooby-Doo-esque chase scene happened inside the ship. I was trying avoid everyone chasing me and the navyman were trying to keep a facade of normalcy while what they could best describe to their superiors as some freakish cube thing dashed through the blocked off corridors, knocking doors and piping all over, and generally acting like a cornered feral animal.

They almost got me a few times. Then SCPF got involved. And then I met a really charismatic and handsome sailor and we got a room to get some privacy together and-

Took these while on the ferry. It was a cold, overcast day in Kocaeli. Seagulls were there, following the ferry for the bagel pieces people threw into the sea for them. The blue hoods in the second image are my little cousins.

The tour was free, so the lines for it were immense. We originally planned to go on the weekend but then we saw that absolute monstrosity of a waiting queue and decided to come Tuesday and at 9:30 in the morning and even then, we had to wait an hour to actually get onto the ferry. Seriously, that line was so long. It was almost an apocalyptic scene, thousands of people waiting for hours upon hours, all wanting to get into this small ferry ship so that they could get into another, larger ship that they wouldn't even be allowed spend half an hour on. I even heard that an old man died waiting there.


The deck is huge. It's size can only be comprehended by being there. It is somewhat of a carrier. It can't support figther jets, but unmanned weaponised aircraft and helicopters can be take off of it. It is more of a militiary excursion ship that carries and drops troops and battle vehicles. It was banned to take photos of the hangar, so no pictures of those.



This is one of the helicopters. Not much to say here.



And the final image is of the bridge..? I am not sure what this is. But it looks like the bridge so...
