State scholarship has finally kicked in after I raised my GPA with summer classes. Thats an extra 7,500 bucks, up 2,500 from last year since I'm a STEM major. I now owe -$2611 on my bill, which is due tommorow. Cutting it a bit closer then I'd like, but I'll take what I can get. Now, I'm going to go splurge and buy myself some nice computer stuff.

I am having a blast at work these days, which is far cry from the latent stress that had been building up before. It helps that the current manager is competent and my co-worker is an older gentleman with an insane resume of restaurants and catering businesses he's both started or helped to start.

It helps that he's also filled with more charm than a Lucky Charms factory. Seriously, he pulls of flirting and how-do-you dos with nigh brutal efficiency and already arranged for coffee with a sweet equally older lady at Starbucks. It's pretty damn impressive.

The supervisor for the shift immediately after mine asked if I would be able to work monday mornings, I wouldn't be able to since I don't have my own car, but apparently he heard from my supervisors that I'm the best, so he wanted to see for himself.
