On a note that makes me happy, I just finished A Link to the Past again. Didn't die on the final boss 57 times this, er, time!

Normally, I would agree with you. But, half the time my brain doesn't process what I'm typing, so I feel the need to warn people that most of what I say probably adds nothing useful to the conversation and they should just pretend they never read anything that I posted. Not so much trying to be funny as putting in an "I realize that I'll probably feel stupid for posting this later."

On a side note, the "I'll go back to my box" thing is because my location is "Trapped in a box, somewhere on Earth." In no way am I saying that I'll stop making random comments.

My decision to participate in the chess tournament was a great idea.

Yea, we had a chess tournament at school as well. I'm not great player, but I got to round three which is okay, and I enjoyed myself regardless. But you can tell that it was a hugely popular event, on par with Sports Day. Whilst the shiny, metallic cups were handed out to those displaying athletic brilliance, the Chess Tournament winner received (Literally) a plastic cup that hat felt tip markings on it in the pattern of black squares (Chess board style.) There was a chess-piece king glued to the base of the cup, which was then put in the trophy cabinet amongst the other rewards.

Well done on getting chess to be taken seriously, guys!
